Our Services

Planasite provides website planning, custom WordPress website development, and after-launch support for first-time business owners, freelancers, and small service businesses. Our process typically follows three stages: a free planning consultation, custom development, and one month of free after-launch support.

Getting Started

We offer a free 30-minute planning consultation to discuss your goals, project scope, timeline, and budget estimate. No commitment or payment is required to book this consultation.

Pricing and Payment

Website development is priced per page, based on the number and complexity of pages your project requires.
Payments are milestone-based, typically divided into a deposit, a midpoint payment, and a final payment upon completion.
We accept secure payment methods such as bank transfer. You are never required to pay the full project amount upfront.
Exact pricing and payment schedules will be confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

Revisions

We include unlimited revisions during the design and build process. We continue refining your website until you are satisfied with the final result, within the agreed scope of the project.

Timeline

Most small business websites take approximately 1 to 3 weeks from an approved plan to launch, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend this timeline.

Ownership

Upon completion and final payment, you receive full ownership of your website, including access and login credentials. Your site is built on WordPress, and there is no lock-in requiring you to continue working with us.

After-Launch Support

Every project includes one month of free support after launch, covering guidance on updates, basic SEO, performance, troubleshooting, and security-related questions. Ongoing support and maintenance plans are available after this period upon request.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, and any assets (such as logos or images) needed to complete the work. Delays on your end may affect the agreed timeline.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver high-quality, secure, and functional websites, Planasite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website or our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
